The Siniora Fund

The Siniora Fund is being developed as a long-term project to strengthen the foundations of peace in Palestine and Israel. Its purpose is to move beyond dialogue and focus on what makes stability possible in practice: economic growth, infrastructure, and opportunity.

The Fund’s model will centre on supporting entrepreneurs, skills development, and sustainable local projects. By investing in the capacity of communities rather than providing short-term aid, it seeks to build independence and shared prosperity.

Although the Fund is still in formation, the intention is clear. It aims to create a structure that can eventually sustain itself, where progress in one initiative helps fund the next.

Our Three-Step Plan

The Fund is still in its seed phase and has not yet begun operating in any formal capacity.

First Step:

Objective: We are seeking to raise £20,000 to cover legal formation, registration, and initial setup costs.

Purpose: Funding will cover the legal setup, registration, and early administrative work needed to establish the Fund’s foundation.

Current Status: Seeking initial donors and strategic partners to enable this first phase.

Second Step:

Objective: Bring together the right people to shape the Fund’s structure and direction.

Purpose: Build a small advisory and operational group with expertise in law, finance, and regional development.

Current Status: Open to collaboration with individuals and organisations who share the vision.

Third Step:

Objective: Launch the legal and structural formation of the Fund.

Purpose: Register the entity, finalise its governance model, and prepare for its first pilot phase in Palestine and Israel.

Current Status: Planned to begin once initial funding and team are secured.

I’m 17 years old and working to continue the legacy of my grandfather, Hanna Siniora, a lifelong advocate for peace and dialogue. I aspire to study Politics and Economics and to one day help shape real-world change through policy and impact investing, using ideas and action to build a more stable and equal future.
